We collect personal data that you actively submit through the website:

• Contact form on the Home page: full name, email, phone (optional), message.
• Project brochure request form (e.g. Villa Marea): full name, email, phone (optional).
• Basic technical metadata that accompanies your submission: the page URL you submitted from and the date and time of submission.

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect payment data on this website.

3. Why we use your data

We use the personal data you submit only to:

• Reply to your enquiry.
• Send you the requested project materials (for example, a brochure).
• Keep an internal record of enquiries for follow-up and reporting.

We do not use your data for automated advertising profiling.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form on this website, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our projects.

5. Who receives your data

Form submissions are transmitted from your browser to our website hosting provider (Netlify), and from there forwarded to a CRM integration provider (Albato), which delivers the enquiry into our internal customer relationship system so that our team can respond.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Where your data is stored

Our website is hosted on Netlify. Enquiries are processed by Albato and stored in our internal CRM. Some of these providers may store data outside of Cyprus, including within the European Union and the United States. All providers used are subject to their own privacy and security terms.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry records for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a business record of it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 9).
